Industrial Zen with vintage materials created over years of weathering.

Six 2.5″ X 6″ X approx. 7-feet aged, vintage, salvaged Western Red Cedar members with Japanese Yakisugi or Shou-sugi-ban torching technique to preserve and darken surfaces. Finished with 2 generous layers of Tung and Linseed oils for ease of cleaning. Sits on 3″ X 3″ heavily rusted steel tube base with authentic Texas Live Oak branch tying legs together.

Overall dimensions: 34.5″ wide X 34.5″ high X 81″ long X 2.5″ thick.

This piece is “standing height”, meaning perfect to stand at and work. And, with lower-height stools, for seating up to 8.

Top is easily removable from base by two people. Bottom surfaces are naturally eroded by the elements creating undulations visible in profile and sensual to the hand.
